Is it a real woman?
Yes. Every line connects you to a real woman for a live one-to-one call.
What does it cost?
65p per minute plus your phone company's access charge, or 50p a minute if you buy talk time by card.
When are the lines open?
24 hours a day, every day. Evenings and weekends are busiest.
Will it show on my bill?
Calls to 09 numbers appear on your phone bill as premium rate calls. Card talk time goes on your card instead.
Why won't my mobile connect?
Some networks and contracts block 09 numbers. Ask your network to lift the bar, or use card talk time.
Can I call from outside the UK?
Not on 09 numbers. Buy card talk time and you can call from anywhere.
Are calls recorded?
Live calls are recorded to comply with Ofcom regulations.
Can I meet the women?
No. This is fantasy entertainment only, with no possibility of meeting, made or implied.
Who do I contact with a problem?
